Hamilton County Profile:
The fastest growing county in the state of Indiana, Hamilton was recently listed in The Wall Street Journal as one of America's "20 hottest white collar addresses."
The Conner Prairie living history museum is located in the town of Fishers.
In 1820, the Conner home, owned by fur trader William Conner, was used for the vote to move the state capital to Indianapolis.
Hamilton County also houses Carmel, which in 1923 was the first town to use the traffic light.
